Summer Camp, Social Groups, & Drop-in Classes
Saratoga Sensory is excited to offer new options for Summer 2023!
What makes Saratoga Sensory summer programs different?
Not only are they provided in a sensory enriched environment, but they are also run by an occupational therapist with extensive pediatric and sensory expertise. Each section is provided as a small group, limited to 4 children, and are open to individuals of all abilities. Please note, the grade levels indicated are based on the grade your child will enter, or be eligible to enter, in September 2023. If your child is outside of the grade groupings and you are interested in enrolling them in a summer camp group, please contact Saratoga Sensory directly.
Sensory Summer Camp
Enjoy a summer full of sensory play, activities, creations, experiments & more. With a new theme each week, your camper is welcome to join us for a summer full of fun! Available for children entering 1st-8th grade.
Sensory Social Group
Our most popular group will continue through the summer! Combining sensory fun with kids’ choice activities, this social group is a great place for friends and fun. Available for children entering K-8th grade.
Sensory Writers Club
Combining fine motor sensory fun with individualized Handwriting Without Tears materials, this enrichment class is designed to target handwriting skill while school is out. Available for children entering 1st-8th grade.
Drop-in Classes
New this summer, we will be offering the opportunity to participate in drop-in classes. We will be adding these hour-long classes to our schedule throughout the summer. Follow us on Facebook for updates!
Playspace Kids
Know a kid who’s into obstacle courses, sensory bins, and just plain fun? Join us for all play, the kids’ way. Available for children in Kindergarten-3rd grade.
Creative Kids
Is your child fascinated by painting, gluing, and anything involving glitter? Join us for process art with a sensory twist. Available for children in 2nd-5th grade.
Legomaster Kids
Have a LEGO lover at home? Join us for group creations, challenges, and individual fun. Available for children in 4th-8th grade.
Sensory Creators
Available this summer as drop-in… join us for structured, hands-on, sensory-based activities and experiments. Available for children in 1st-5th grade.
Our summer session begins Saturday July 8th and runs through Thursday August 31st. Each summer program will be limited to a maximum of 4 children. All programs meet at our Clifton Park location. Drop-in groups cost $40 per group and must be prepaid. Drop-in groups will be subject to a $2 registration fee per class, unless a child has paid the annual registration fee. Annual registration fee of $20 required for tuition-based programs. Tuition-based programs include Sensory Social Group, Sensory Summer Camp, and Sensory Writers Club. Grade based on age as of September 2023. No refunds or makeups will be available for the summer session. A minimum of 2 children must be enrolled for any program to run. If you have registered for a program that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements, you will not be charged. Programs may qualify for self-direction reimbursement as a community class or a membership. Summer camps will not be reimbursable as a camp as they do not meet the self-direction criteria to be considered a camp. Please check with your FI prior to enrolling.
