School Year Classes 2022-2023

School year classes will run from September 10th, 2022 through June 24th, 2023.

Tuition will be prorated to include the following planned closures:
Thanksgiving: Thursday November 24th & Friday November 25th
Christmas: Saturday December 24th & Sunday December 25th
New Year’s Day: Sunday January 1st
Easter: Sunday April 9th
Memorial Day: Monday May 29th

You may enroll your child in a class with openings at any time. Tuition will be prorated to reflect the number of classes remaining during the enrollment month.

If you are interested in a class that is full, please add your child to the waitlist. We will be doing our best to open additional sections based on interest and availability. You will not be billed while on the waitlist until enrollment has been confirmed by phone.

Your child’s class enrollment will continue throughout the school year, unless you transfer to a different class or request a withdrawal. Your card will be charged for your child’s first month upon registration to secure your child’s spot, with tuition charged monthly thereafter. If you prefer a payment method other than autopay, tuition must be paid by the 19th of each month preceding the month for which tuition is due. Please contact us to set up an alternative payment method. Monthly tuition autopay will be charged on the 20th of each month for the following month’s tuition. Please contact us by the 19th if you plan to withdraw. There is a $20 annual registration fee per student that will renew on the anniversary date of enrollment.

Please note: Tuition indicated above reflects four classes per month, with tuition prorated for months that include fewer or additional classes based on planned closures or month structure.

Class ratio: Classes and groups at Saratoga Sensory are provided in a 1:4 ratio and facilitated by a pediatric occupational therapist, unless otherwise noted. Parents/caregivers of children new to our program must remain onsite for the duration of their first class or group. After attending their first class or group, the instructor will know what level of support a child may require for participation. The instructor and parent can then discuss how the child can be best supported. All classes and groups are open to any children who would like to enroll, regardless of the need for support or accommodations, unless the child poses a safety risk to themself or others.
